Blink

A novel by Ted Dekker(who co-wrote Blessed Child with Bill Bright), this book definitely appealed to my more intellectual side, while not going without a health dose of romantic interest...The strong theme of free will and pre-destination (though I am not sure if those terms are ever actually used) is tackled from a fresh new direction. It begins from the 'devils-advocate' pov and works toward the truth. An equally as prevalent theme is women's rights or rather the lack of women's rights in the Islamic faith. It is an extremely well-written, smart story with a twist of the East meets West. (8 out of 10)

Blink is awesome, reads like butter

I was relieved when Seth finally got over that inconsistency about his abilities disproving God's divinity... that would have been a hole in the plot!

looking forward to reading Ted Dekker's "Thr3e"
